Every time I've had to phone the police (mostly complaining about niggers on my area - I live in the ghetto) they've informed me it's a recorded line. I know MPD has refused FOIAs for body cam but could the CAPITOL POLICE be FOIAd for the audio by a man named Dan Mullen who's a big fan of rape?

He's probably sent them another pro se and the tweets about "SWATTings" and they said it has nothing to do with the case. They also won't lift a finger if he's not paying and this is going to get expensive considering that it's a guaranteed loss.
