- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

This was possibly the biggest lie Stern ever told. I remember there were Stern faggot fanboys in the HSS subreddit claiming that he only "used the N-word" in character, to make fun of racists and etc. And I explained that no, Howard said "nigger" constantly, and he did it because he liked saying it. If someone was to go back through his old archives and actually count how many times he said "nigger", the number would easily be in the thousands.

They were huge but radio huge. It's not the same as putting on Seinfeld which is on the biggest network at 9pm, nationwide. Radio was still pretty region, Stern was a show that was huge in the northeast and may or may not be syndicated in your area on who knows what station.
This was literally the purpose of inviting any celebrity onto the show. They come to the show to use your show and name to promote their stupid movies or TV shows. That is it. None of them are your friends. They do not care about you. You only get access to them to plug their trash media. They just are booked by their agents to do 100 talk shows in a month promote Iron Man 4 or whatever garbage is coming out. Your show is simply being used as a platform to plug another vapid soulless corporate mediocre movie.
Yet the guys loyal to Howard for years or even decades are forbidden from mentioning that they are appearing at a bar or club that weekend to try to make ends meet to support their families. Scott the Engineer can't mention he is doing an appearance at a bowling alley because it might somehow collapse Sirius and the Stern channels and send Howard into hysterics. Yet some D-list celebrity can plug another reality TV show during an interview endlessly. Or Beth can promote another cat or dog book she is 'writing'.
I love how Howard had that sibian sex machine thing in the studio. Literally debasing his entire show and studio to have prostitutes and porn 'stars' act like whores. But if Sal plugged a standup gig on the air it would be devastating to the Stern brand and no one would ever be able to recover.
I agree. But Stern called himself "The King of All Media" and took out a Super Bowl commercial for Private Parts. As if he was going to launch into superstardom and become a world famous actor. He had all these bizarre far out plans for movies and shows from the Porky's remakes to Howard Stern the High School Years and so on. Ivan Reitman had him convinced he would be the next Arnold Schwarzenegger.
There's a few moving parts but the biggest problem seemed to be Howard's popularity was sizable but limited. It was something similar to professional wrestling, there was a large, rabid, and ultimately niche fan base but complete poison to everyone else.
Cant believe Private Parts was the first time I was introduced to Paul Giamatti...He blew up pretty fast after that debacle, and did well for himself throughout the rest of the 90s.

He never was offered the part. And his name was only thrown around when the character was going to be included in a Schumacher Batman movie. It probably would have gone to Jeff Goldblum or someone else that was talked about. When Nolan started making Batman movies it was clear he wasn’t going to cast someone like Stern.
I remember Howard winning a Best Newcomer award at some D list award show against Casper Van Dien in Starship Troopers and Michael Jai White for Spawn. Those guys aren’t major stars but both deserved to win over him because they clearly were going to have better careers since they were actual actors.
