- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

For real: they deliberately had the lawsuit potentially commence half way through one of MJ's tours (in the early 90s IIRC) so he had to make the choice between paying a settlement or screwing over thousands of people who waited for years and paid to see him, which would have resulted in millions of dollars being refunded. He may have made the wrong choice in retrospect, but it's not like we're talking about a completely sane person.
The prosecution could never prove shit, which would have been easy if he did anything wrong. 13 years since his death, and McCauley Culkin among others still maintain that he didn't do anything inappropriate.

Every piece of factual evidence shows he cancelled the tour, then he paid off the kid. Wikipedia, LA Times, whatever you feel is "legit", all of them say the tour was cancelled in Nov 1993, the kid was paid off in January 1994, and the tour didn't resumed after the lawsuit was settled.
