Finally got around to reading the whole thing and what a shit article. The fact that he is really calling himself "The Most Swatted Man in America" sounds premediated and only further has me believing he's behind the swatting and it was all part of the plan.

- The fact they mentioned that Norm could be behind the "harassment" along with the video being in his evidence video more than confirms that Patrick really did want to add him to the lolsuit

- Ribs at them using both the lappening and actual tough guy pics

- He's still telling people that we are all under FBI investigation and prison awaits, but admits that the FBI has put him on the pay no mind list.

- He has PTSD from constantly being humiliated by every fucking thing he does and his insomnia is probably caused by his alcoholism.

- LOL at him mentioning "small arsenal of weapons" to make himself look like a badass

So much of the article is full of shit and inaccurate wouldn't know where to start. Also trying to tie us to Pizzagate shows that the author is just as much of a retarded shitlib as Pat is.

Its hard to say something is a goal when reaching it is impossible. Well, it’s not entirely impossible. To sue the MPD he’d have to find a former case happening in Milwaukee where a judge ruled qualified immunity didn’t apply. He could then use that case as precedent for his own. But his case is so fucking unique I don’t even think he could find a precedent to vaguely relate to what he’d allege.

Unfortunately it does actually accomplish a few things, but you can't let it bother you. At the risk of having this text taken out of context in a lawsuit by unscrupulous "attorneys" who like to illegally access websites (Brinton J. Resto), the articles can be used in the same way they are for sourcing anything. A blog reports on a fucking baseless tweet, that blog is then picked up by a small journalist, then that journalist is picked up by bigger journalists. This playbook works against site like kiwifarms to give SaaS companies plausible deniability to drop people they don't like or even break contracts. I don't see null's lawsuit again Epik going anywhere, since he's a public figure he has to a much higher standard and corps just set up this labyrinth of bureaucracy to avoid accountability.

I think you're right and I also think he enjoys the attention. He wants more eyes on him so that he can be more famous (and maybe sell more books). Becoming famous is the reason he listed for becoming an author in the first place.

If you look at all of his interviews, he is almost gleeful/ecstatic when he is describing the stalking. From Strictly Stalking to the Why Us interview, he can barely contain himself. He's smiling like he's posing for a magazine photo in the thumbnail for Strictly Stalking. He's submitting the Captain America French Bistro photo for this article. He's incredibly socially awkward and possibly autistic but his attitude in these things is because he loves this shit. Fame at any cost.
