I forget he blames coming to court with no evidence printed, no witnesses, etc on not being told what he should expect at the hearing. In his mind everything is someone else’s fault - he calls for a restraining order and shows up with nothing to show why he needs a restraining order and that they will listen to whatever he says and do exactly as he wants because he’s so special and important.

Listening again to the judge tell him that his engagement and violent attitude back to BDA is what negated his case out of the gate, I was thinking back to a fairly early on discussion in which he claimed to someone telling him that the way he was acting would hurt his case legally, that his "legal team" or "lawyers" were WELL aware of his online interactions and encouraged them and were amused to see him owning trolls.... Or some such nonsense. Does anybody have those screenshots or the thread? He has since run into this a few times, where he has completely undermined any victim status the minute anybody looks at his ENDLESS provocation of people online.

Pretty sure this would've been shortly after he talked to Scary Goldberg and was full of piss and vinegar about having the same victim status as chicks who had their beavers posted unwillingly by ex-boyfriends.

If a lawyer somewhere told him "Yes, continue to answer ever text, Twitter message, reddit post and criticism online about you with how you're going to neutralize them on sight with your guns and then send them to prison for life. That's the best strategy here." that's bordering on legal malpractice. He should sue whoever told him that, not Quasi.

What's wild to me is that all of his failures were always obvious failures. Any reasonable person would see this way before any of this shit actually got serious. Patrick really seems to think he's going to win and is literally floored when his own behavior inevitably backfires on him.
