- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal to a troll. The individual in the video is very obviously Patrick S. Tomlinson.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never submitted this video footage during any of his many media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

He's such a fucking tool. 3 stage is Compound, Polish, Wax. He doesn't have a high speed buffer or the skills to use one so he's just doing 2 polishes and a wax. It's probably for the better anyway. That road hazard is so old that taking compound and an actual buffer to it would probably take the paint right off, skills or not.

Torque admits that installing a stereo is out of his scope of capabilities. Apparently stereos are now built far,far more confusing. Torque automotive expertise maxes out at wiping off dirt and a brake change.
Speaking of brakes. Here is a pic from last year when he had brake problems. He posts a pic that gives you an idea of what kind of corrosion is going on from those Wisconsin winters. He can shine the paint all he wants but that salt gets into everything and its slowly eating his car from the bottom up. The corrosion got to the point his brakes wouldnt work properly so you can only speculate what else has rust damage since he only does the bare minimum. Id imagine every nut and bolt on the underside is some shade of orange. So he could have crashed his beloved car due to poor maintenance since the brakes were starting to fail before he addressed it.
The funny thing is he changed his brakes the year before but didnt address any other maintenance, so he experienced brake failure almost a year later.

Most people would say “well it’s prob time to look into getting a new (or newer) car” with all these things starting to go as his car is close to 200k miles. Not Pat though, he’s too poor and can’t get approved for a loan due to not selling books or having a job.
Notice he didn’t specify which version of USB. I think it might come with a 5-CD changer in the trunk.
