Pat strongly believes on 8/24 he will “be heard” and the judge will rule that Pat didn’t do anything wrong, no debt, and all the stlaker Childs will all be sent to prison. I didn’t think he was that stupid with how he tells anyone on twitter who mentions 8/24 that it will ACTUALLY be VERY bad for them but that episode 4 confirms this is what he is thinking how it will play out. 8/24 Pat goes to court, gives his side, judge rules he owes zero dollars, then rules all the evil stlaker child’s like pats toilet on twitter must be unmasked and sent directly to prison, and everyone in the court house cheers. Pat becomes very rich and famous.

That’s how stupid and utterly insane he has become. Plus very fat.

That only applies to actual criminals. It's like a bloodtype. Real criminals should do what the judge says, even if they get off all charges. A judgment debt is technically a legal judgment, but because the reasoning behind it is faulty Pat and Niki don't have to do anything but sit back and wait for word of the knock.
