You joke but his mind genuinely thinks like this. The DOJ steps in and appoints a special counsel. After a year of hearings they declare his debt cancelled and they name the cyberstalking bill Pat's Law. He'll be invited to Bidens second inauguration and get to sit at the first state of the union in our permanent Democrat super majority.
like this but fatterHe's going to finally take his father's advice and offer to blow the judge in his quarters.
"Alright, fuck it"
I’m not so sure a judge in Wisconsin can overturn a ruling from California. Pat you should’ve just sucked it up when you were only down $24k and filed the appeal. Hell maybe you could’ve gotten it to Sacramento and with the twink cuck Empty Headed Ken Doll that’s currently running California’s judicial appointees hearing your appeal, they might’ve even overturned it. Instead you ran out the clock like you had the lead in the 4th quarter of the Super Bowl, and now you owe more than double what you were sanctioned with, and the debt only gets bigger every time Jerry Jen has to put his ginormous cock back in his pants and write another request to the judge in Wisconsin to order you to pay Quasi. It's simple. Pat will strut in and explain how the decisions of the court are illegitimate and therefore he demands the debt to Quasi be rendered void. He'l spend a good 45 minutes explaining the litany of crimes Quasi has personally committed against him and his family and friends and the judge (who will sit patiently engrossed in the story) will be so convinced he won't even ask for any evidence or even question what relevance any of it has in a contempt of court hearing. He'll then apologize to Patrick and declare that Quasi actually owes Pat that $50,000+ which will be repaid via the prison work program since Quasi will now be imprisoned without trial for the rest of his life.
Or, alternatively, absolutely fucking nothing because he's an imbecile who, if I may paraphrase the fat faggot himself, fucked around and is now finding out. Oopsie. Doodles.
In my experience, once he tries to veer off course (the reason for the court appearance), the judge will cut him off at his knees. He won't be able to pontificate or set the record straight or whatever his 1.78 mind thinks he will be able to do. Unless he goes in there crazier than Colin Ferguson, he will be on a speak until spoken to type notice. It's simple. Just to clarify, I was being facetious. Obviously the point is there is nothing Fatso can do to change the outcome of his predicament. He has absolutely fucked it up beyond repair. In my experience, once he tries to veer off course (the reason for the court appearance), the judge will cut him off at his knees. It's actually insane, that he and Nikki think that somehow they will be able to reverse the ruling at the hearing on the 24th or that the judge will give a shit about their prior grievances. The hearing is pretty straight forward.
He is going To Tell his side, child. What strategy does he think he has for turning this all around?
NopeCould the judge actually throw out the payment?
Probably when the prison guard tells him to strip naked and bend over, stretch his asshole, then lift his ball sackWhen does common sense start to take hold?
In his delusional mind, he thinks he'll convince the judge that the appeal deadlines should be extended, and he'll take his case to the supreme court where the judgement will be overturned, and all of us will be rounded up and imprisoned. What exactly is the plan, here?
Can't wait until it's Nikis turn in the hot seat and she gets her debtor's exam notice. She is smarter than Pat and doesn't engage with us, but she is all in with the bullshit, including the false flaggeryNiki isn’t on the hook for contempt (yet). Quasi is kind.
If this happened surely the debt would still be owed to Quasi’s estate. I wonder if he could write a will that would ensure the debt would continue to be pursued somehow.Quasi gets struck by lightening
This was the issue Judge Fudge faced when Cloudflare gave up Jersh's info without giving him a chance to submit a motion to quash. They fucked up according to their own state law, but from Wisconsin's perspective, the horse was already out of the barn. It's not Mr. Fudge's job to interpret California law.I’m not so sure a judge in Wisconsin can overturn a ruling from California.
I really doubt that. He tries to appeal the judges' rulings on the merits of his case? They gave his lawyers numerous opportunities to provide evidence to satisfy strong legal precedent and they utterly failed at coming up with anything of worth, because they fucking lied in the original suit. They pretty much had nothing on Quasi. They could've retried the case a thousand times over and it's likely it would've gone the same way every time. A judge would've had to be an idiot on the level Rick claims they were to just disregard case law like that.Pat you should’ve just sucked it up when you were only down $24k and filed the appeal. Hell maybe you could’ve gotten it to Sacramento and with the twink cuck Empty Headed Ken Doll that’s currently running California’s judicial appointees hearing your appeal, they might’ve even overturned it.
