That sounds like a lie - this cops was flying through streets and ignoring lights / stops signs / a school bus (WONT SOMEBODY PLEASE THINK OF THE CHILDREN?!?!) just to…write a note and leave.
If someone was suspiciously murdered, I might understand the need to subpoena private text messages to make sure there's not a conspiracy.
But they asked he come to the door! is worth violating the privacy rights of all these officers? The privacy of MPD officers (nevermind private citizens) is nothing compared to what the special boy demands?

Also funny Niki’s name is FIRST for the hovel. Pat is the bitch in the marriage.
I can only assume his lawyers have gotten dashcam footage they didn't have before. It's starting to look like MPD has some real retards working for them, even by general cop standards. That sounds like a lie - this cops was flying through streets and ignoring lights / stops signs / a school bus (WONT SOMEBODY PLEASE THINK OF THE CHILDREN?!?!) just to…write a note and leave.

Faggots. All of them. Judges, lawyers, police, and pigman. The MPD should not agree to this. We've done more legwork investigating Rick than they have, so if they're smart they will insist this be made public for our consumption.

This looks bad but cmon does it really amount to violating someones rights??
Stop the presses, cops acting like jerks. We’d all be rich if that entitled you to a payout. This looks bad but cmon does it really amount to violating someones rights??
Will the bodycam footages be published at some point??
Plus Pat is white and didn’t even get a scratch on him and the most damage was his door was “almost” kicked down. That’s like suing because you were embarrassed getting a speeding ticket because the cop made you feel stupid.Stop the presses, cops acting like jerks. The argument is that this situation (a dude getting swatted 50 times) is unprecedented and not likely to happen again.I don't disagree but what kind of precedent would it set where you hand out a pile of money when you didn't violate a citizen's rights in any way*?
His case is just about one place in Florida. Other shit around the country isn’t going to show up.I don't know if it will matter or not? But the recording that torswats posted wasn't a call to the MPD, it was a veterans crisis line and they notified the police. That little psycho had to get creative because direct calls weren't working anymore. Seems fucked up that Rick might get paid even though the police only showed up a handful of times and the person making the calls went way above and beyond in order to make that happen. Torswats gets sentenced next month and hopefully we get to find out more info on who he admitted to swatting.
The optics aren’t important, the law is. It doesn’t matter if they were aware of him and his retardation, or mocked it. Were they responding legally, and did they operate legally while there? I think it’s pretty obvious they did.
Knocking on someone’s door isn’t harassment, asking to see someone to verify their safety isn’t harassment. The only one who escalated was Patrick who took his womanly swing at a female officer and got restrained easily.
Responding to his arguments without hearing the counter to assume he’s going to get a pay day is hysterical woman stuff.
