Just thinking about him on the stand getting flustered from trap questions that expose him as a liar that nukes the case is whats got me chubbed up. Trolls do it to him all the time so it would be light work for a lawyer to paint him into a corner.

So say a pest wears one of those spy camera glasses, would they check for that if he kept it in his front shirt pocket to conceal the camera?

Let's say that pest buys one of the good ones where you can't even see the camera it's just straight black across the middle.
Maybe he films straight ahead, and edits the footage so it looks like he's closer than he really is.
Also that pest is from out of state.
Now that pest waits maybe 6 months to release it, have some stupid podcast show it live, would they still be able to grab 6 month old camera footage, try to ID a guy, and go after him in a different state?

Now MKE PD have called their bluff and piggy and stinky are about to be deposed.
Pat will not be able to resist mentioning reddit and at that point the lawyers will know 100% that they can't have piggy on the stand.

To start it off the Jury gets to see piggy "tear strips" off the squad who attended the very first swatting and did literally nothing wrong.
He'll be questioned as to why he is so belligerent then possibly the details of his rant.
Then starts the long whinge about cyberstlakers and MKE PD and FBI doing nothing. If his failed lolsuit is brought up then he is toast.

It's not going to be hard to paint piggy as some vexatious schmuck who is angry at the police for not fighting his online battles to his satisfaction. After losing 6 figures fighting an obsolete radio show forum's gigachad admin he is now looking to recoup his losses through this.

If MKE PD wanted, there are going to be tough questions brought up.

ie. In the famous nikki recorded "cuff me and ill sue you" footage.
Did she refuse to open the door and wait until fatty made his way home from the bar to put on his tough guy act?
Why? You say you were scared, but at this point you had been swatted multiple times and nothing bad had happened? Why not let the officers clear the scene? You've been through it several times already.
Where were you Patrick? The bar? Were you drinking? Is that what lead to your loss of self control? Did you drive home?
Do you not think MKE PD showed great restraint that night by not cuffing your possibly drunk ass for being abusive and raising your hands at an officer?
You are claiming they stopped you from entering your home... Had they seen Nikki at that point or just spoke with her over ring cam? Why would they let the possible suspect back into the home before they have checked it out? It's not unreasonable to think that you would want to get in there before the police to cover something up. You just raced home from the bar while your wife refused entry or to be seen. Nothing there is unreasonable, yet you both sought to exacerbate the matter, why? All his oinking is useless as it boils down to MKE PD didnt do what I wanted them to do.

When it is shown in full context it will likely show something quite different to Patricks portrayal of police actively aiding and abetting his stlakers by stripping him naked and ransacking his house while his wife is held at ballistic shieldpoint.

This is of course if the city lawyers DO THE MINIMUM OF THEIR JOBS and not just rely on QI.

I can't wait to hear his answer as to why he's running an AirBnB while being SWATTed 50x, and the follow-up as to how no swats occurred while a guest was there.
