I really hope they're monitoring his Twitter account. Ot would be a horrible job to have but tweets like these would make it worth it. Also he seems to think that "handwritten instructions for first responders... to call a phone number" means that police should go against protocol, not do anything by procedure, and follow the "handwritten instructions" of a possible murderer to the letter. So ridiculous.
