Suh. I too am from the South in one of the designated BBQ zones. As you know, there taint no such thing as Mississippi style or Florida style Q. A Dutch oven might fly in Georgia, but here suh, you'd meet your maker in a most hideous way if such a dish were presented as BBQ. Now I have no doubt it is delicious, but certain standards must be maintained in BBQ culture. One that the Carolina's violate blatantly with that mustard based sauce. Dutch ovens will not replace us!

Ribs (naturally) and Brisket are what I mainly go for, and sausage is severely underrated
