Just put this 7lb pork butt in the dutch oven after searing it. Gonna cook it all day on 225 degrees and then shred and serve with Duke's Carolina BBQ sauce. Sauer's is the superior sauce but Duke's ain't bad.

How are you cooking it?

I'm prepping a round of beef jerky right now, and then I'm gonna start sous vide porterhouses
In a dutch oven in the stove, low and slow since before noon. I sliced an onion and some garlic and tossed it in there with a little water. Gonna let it slow cook with the lid on for a few more hours and then take the lid off for maybe 45 mins

You doing jerky on an electric dehydrater?
I'm making 5lbs, so I'm splitting it between a dehydrator and the oven. I'm doing a Korean BBQ flavored flank steak jerk in the dehydrator bc I want that one to turn out best. The other half is a big eye of round tgat I'll do in the oven bc I'm less worried about getting that just right

I might order a kebab tonight, lots of lamb meat... gawd dammit it's good with some chilli sauce, luckily I've got a local paki place even though I'm in the countryside... I've got a new phone so justeat not on it, found it online tho', fuck yes!
a lot of Americans have a problem with lamb, which is borderline retarded in this humble netizen’s opinion. Lamb is fawkin delicious
