Also I think Dan made a good point when he said it has hit a critical mass. Unfortunately for Patrick, he may always have to deal with bullshit because he chose not to ignore the trolls during year one. Through his own actions of engaging with people for 5 fucking years, he has created enemies who will probably never give it a rest, and while I empathize with the disaster his life is, he has never made himself out to be a sympathetic character. Hell, we have seen through these 5 years of people who have no association to the forums get in heated battles on twitter because of his personality.

You can't tell grown strangers on twitter they are children, stupid, and to go fuck themselves, all under your real name, and not expect flack in the internet age. The left and patricks ilk are the same people that say "well he said the N-word!" if some black guy is pummeling a white guy, so how can you not expect to get people calling you fat when you call them "child". There is a large population of people who have deleted facebook, twitter, etc. all because they dont want any online presence because even out of random happenstance something negative could happen.

It was on the Wisconsin court website for everyone to see. People here were literally counting down the days until the deadline for an appeal.

I think Javier did by far the best job of any journalist reporting on Patrick so far. I’d go as far as to say that there will never be more balanced reporting than this, this is as good as it gets. It’s not perfect but what is.

It's funny how everyone who is sympathetic to Patrick initially, loses a lot of that sympathy when they realize the extent to which he engages in all this.

I'd also love to know when this mysterious period of time where he supposedly "didn't respond for months" was. Even during the time he was kicked off Twitter initially, he was writing rambling blog posts about us, Facebook posts, threatening "I have 300IP address" on his Instagram, responding under his Robert Mewler account on Twitter etc etc.

Regardless if someone won or lost in court, the first thing the client asks is what the next steps are are. Like how long until we get any money from the settlement, how much the legal fees are or what should we do now? I’m 100% certain that Resto did not log off Zoom the minute the court hearing concluded and never spoke to him again.

I'd love to know what he thinks could've been done differently so he'd have had a better chance of winning that lawsuit. Even if he would've only tried to go after quasi from the beginning, he'd still likely have lost. The 59 other John Does, Kiwi Farms and Encyclopedia Dramatica were all just distractions since he quickly became obsessed with unmasking quasi as if that was the key to the entire lawsuit being a success. I don't know if Resto and co. advised him against that at any point or what but in any case Patrick is retarded for not thinking there could be any downside for him.

He's also quite large.
