Couple things to note:
- Apparently Pat and Niki no longer have renters. When asked if there were any other people in the house, Pat responds no.
- the upper part of the half house duplex (2613) is supposed to be rented out. The lower half (2611) is Niki's and Pat's residence. 2611 is the listed address Niki has for her company.
