He'll try then when the organization finds out he's costing them money they'll make him rescind that directive or just fire him depending how much money. If he's making those decisions he still has to justify it to someone and if the revenues suddenly drop because of a sudden unnecessary cost increase then they are going to want answers

Quasi stated that he decided himself to move hosts (was never kicked or banned for the record), due to vague doxxing tos violations. In a similar manner to the illegal DMCA requests that patrick made, most hosts do not want to deal with any reports of doxxing, which is not even really defined. From a cost benefit standpoint, they would rather just tell the customer to remove it or ban them than deal with the legalities.
One example quasi gave was that one host sent a removal notice with just a screenshot of a phone number. No name attached, no address. Literally just a public phone number. This is what the courts in the US say has a "chilling" effect on speech. This is an offensive forum, of course and those vague AUPs have a "chilling effect".
Because of that restriction, pig logic® says that the site is soley dedicated to stalking harassing crimes or whatever. Nice d in problem solving, stupid.
The honorable (rip), judge stein told this to rick's fat dmv lawyer. Something to the effect of, that's a TOS issue, it has nothing to do with this.

There's a reason for cloudflare's ubiquity. They have the inertia needed to maintain their massive infrastructure. Much like no one can compete with youtube, where uploads are free, currently no one can compete with cloudflare in the free tier, mid size business, or mssp side.
