IANAL and all that shit but a "De Novo" hearing is when someone alleges a judge has been unreasonably unfair to them. Most often comes up in child support cases where some feminist bitch judge looks to screw over the husband.

In this case, one judge looked over the newest pro se motion and denied it. Patrick hoofed his way down to the courthouse demanding OBSENCITY OF JUSTICE and had an in-person hearing to relitigate, which was also denied.

Dummy lost the same case twice.

Your 5 minute google law research is wrong and my 10 minute google law research is right. It doesn’t necessarily require a judge being unfair or biased. The simplest way to define it is a judge looking at the ruling without consulting previous judges rulings, which can be due to a number of things such as bias like you mentioned, but it doesn’t necessitate that.

It actually looks even worse. A judge denied him the restraining order yesterday. He asked a new judge to review it without considering the previous ruling and he too denied it…on the same day.

So he filed the restraining order yesterday, it was denied, they did some conversation (colloquy) ? And then the de novo appeal was denied same day.
This obnoxious idiot is going to run out of judges to annoy soon.

Did Dan hire a lawyer to retort :image_9247: or did the judge just take one look at Pat and deny him because he didn't like his face?

to put into perspective how big of an L this is, the BDA initial TRO got auto-granted when Pat filed a simple 1-page form

that basically gets auto-granted and it's valid for a couple of weeks. Then the hearing is held to see if it needs extending (an injunction) or dismissed.

THIS TIME even ONLY HAVING PATRICK'S VERSION they denied the INITIAL STEP
