Except it's easy to have all that when everything costs about 50 cents and poor people will work for a dollar an hour as maids and butlers. They are just the only ones with any hard currency and their country's inflation is insane. If a dentist went to Nigeria and made as much as they do here, they'd have that lifestyle too.
