Definitely. A different internet faggot, cyraxx aka chance Wilkins has had the Akron police called to his place like 100 times (by others and himself). All the body cam footage got released and there are multiple instances of the cops saying on camera that they watch and laugh at his videos, read about him on Reddit etc.

I wouldn’t be surprised if that happened to Pat too and he found out. Maybe part of his grudge against the mpd is that they laugh at him and read this place for fun.

Like I said in my last comment he’s so fucking stupid, or delusional, his plan makes no sense. He has nothing to be a martyr over except online stalking, but he can’t claim to be helping other people because “i’m the ONLY ONE who’s experienced this!” Theres no way laws would change for him, especially because he’d have to hire a lawyer and appeal his imprisonment. His only goal is to essentially raise enough money in jail to pay the debt in full and be let out. But…he also refuses to pay his abusers. So would he even do this? Is his plan JUST to be famous while also being in jail? It makes no fucking sense

Apologies for stating the obvious but if he really wanted to fight the ruling, he should have appealed (which I assume it’s too late to do so). I wish he was man enough to go into court in order to justify this to Sosnay instead of being a keyboard warrior.

Like SWFA was going to fund another $50k after he lost so much. His lawyer lied on the stand and the entire thing was likely based on Patrick winning and using the 'loser pays legal fees' to repay SWFA.

There was never going to be an appeal if he lost, because he was supposed to win. It was going to be an easy case for them. They didn't count on anyone actually defending their rights.

If he skips the contempt hearing it'll be out of sheer trembling fear; but otherwise he'll show up, try to re-litigate the case, act like a pissy little passive-aggressive bitch ("Well Sir, you told me I couldn't talk!") and then maybe break down in tears if he gets jail time.

I fully believe Pat thinks going to jail will grant him more victim points for his story. Its right up his alley to think he can refuse a court order to pay on a case that he voluntarily closed after running out of funds and not being able to provide the required evidence to move forward. He is that delusional to think the whole nation will pity him because he lost a court case. He has a grandiose scenario in head on how this will all play out and its going to backfire spectacularly. Its a classing example of " LOOK WHAT YOU ARE MAKING ME DO TO MYSELF!"

I think there could have been an appeal; it's just Pat spent the SFWA's money like a drunken sailor. They budgeted $130k or whatever of member's money, and he hired the dumbest and most expensive combo of lawyers he could have. If he hadn't fatly decided that an Ohio-based lawyer who's not qualified to practice in Wisconsin or California was the best option to fight cases in Wisconsin and California, he'd have had enough in the kitty for round 2.

Or if he had any savings/balls he could have funded round 2 himself. Sadly he wasn't willing to reach into his own pocket to prop up his ego; he'd rather use other people's money for that.

The SFWA should have made him put his house and car up as collateral.
