Watching "cop land" right now. Within minutes of the movie starting, my wife is reading the wikipedia about the movie instead of actually watching it. What court would convict me of battery

Just watched Trees Lounge and Animal Factory, both directed by Buscemi. First made me glad I don’t spend time in bars anymore and the second was an alright prison movie. Lotta fawkin people in them movies. In TL, it was weird seeing Artie Bucco with some semblance of hair.

Alec Guinness. He didn't hate the money though. He got 2.25% of the backend for the first one and half a point for his cameo in Empire. He made like 70 million dollars from Star Wars, and that was in the 80s. Ealing Comedies and poncing around on the West End stage didn't give him a summer house in the South of France and pay his grandchildren's expensive school fees.
