Why Tucker would admit those things? In my opinion, it's to bring awareness. He's a journalist/talking head so he's not one to take up arms to try to change the system or lobby for change through Congress, etc. He knows both of the above, on his own, would be fruitless. The "Deep State" is clearly a real thing and it'd be absolutely impossible to alter how the system works via their controlled system. What we do know is Tucker is not the one who will personally organize and rally the troops to make change. Perhaps his admitting everything is in hopes there will be someone out there who can elicit change.
I didn't see the interview but from what I understand from your post is he did not name anyone. As descriptive as he was, he was still vague and leaving it up to others to figure out who is really behind all this. His vaguery was his insurance against an Arkansicide I guess.
