No one will ever be able to convince me that he didn't have AIDS instead of cancer. Also hilariously he allegedly had pancreatic cancer. But his liver failed and you can't really get private organ donations so he couldn't keep it a secret. So he just bribed his way to the top of the liver donation recipient list to bypass a healthy person getting a liver transplant. And then died a year or so later anyways.

I wouldn't waste my piss on his grave. Loser.
