If it's Jackie, then it adds significantly more weight to the theory that she is/was involved in the swattings in some way. There is literally zero reason why anyone would do this other than to create doubt that Fatso ordered the swats to his own house. Even his own allies would have no reason to do this unless they were somehow also involved or have knowledge of it.
