- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Turns out that Jimmy was a real trailblazer. A trail of cock meat, blazing right up his ass. It appears that most "stand up comedy" has devolved into pure faggotry that makes early Norton look like Rodney Dangerfield in comparison. Anyhow, Jimmy was 15-20 years too early with his degeneracy-based comedy, although it certainly didn't seem that way at the time.

I’ll second that. His stand up isn’t that bad either, at least it’s not crowd work, that alone puts it above the countless crowd work “specials” the latest generation of hacks have been pushing. Ian is a type of guy, one that reminds me of certain high strung, needy guys I’ve known in my life, but as off putting as Ian is, he’s happy and well adjusted compared to moping queebs like Nick Mullen who have vastly overinflated sense of superiority and self worth.

He can be an ok guest when the hosts are shitting on him. Besides that he stinks. And his podcast is unlistenable because all he does is talk about “the craft”.
Did you watch the special? It’s much worse than the preview. Lots of applause breaks. I’d feel like a hypocrite hating someone like Nanette or Jerrod Carmichael and not shit on Ian for doing something similar with slightly more jokes. Even baiting one serious applause break is over the line to me, way worse than crowd work although I don’t like that either.
Also I’d argue Ian is the furthest thing from happy or well-adjusted. His whole personality feels fake to me. He’s very unreliable and won’t think twice about fucking other people over. He also acted like a massive fucking faggot during (and post) covid.
