Petitioner John Doe's motion to quash subpoena issued to Cloudfare, Inc. is granted. Petitioner's request for a mandatory award of sanctions pursuant to Code Civ. Proc. Sec. 1987.2(c) is granted in the amount of $17,210.10 in attorneys' fees and costs, which the Court finds is a reasonable and well-documented amount. *THE COURT'S FULL AND COMPLETE TENTATIVE RULING HAS BEEN EMAILED TO ALL COUNSEL* Effective Monday, June 28, 2021, for the 9:30 a.m. Law & Motion calendar, attorneys and parties may appear either in person in Department 302 or remotely by videoconference using Zoom.
