Right but my point is that Rick is actively trying to name him in the suit, so if he were to be successful in that then there would be no reason not to hit him with all the false DMCA stuff. His stupidity is forging his chains.
I said the same thing when it was first revealed that Piggy was suing the internet - anyone who gets identified now has no reason not to go whole-hog disputing all of the fraudulent DMCA claims he filed or had someone file on his behalf.

Each one of them is a count of perjury, and I would love to see Fatso finally get the message that yes, the rules do indeed apply to you too, you Special Boy.

Btw don't forget we also have case 21CV383123 in Santa Clara for the Google Quash. Not sure why this one hasn't moved since May, but if it goes through, which it probably will, then Fatty owes Quasi another $5068.50

https://portal.scscourt.org/search

Shits backed up like crazy normally in Santa Clara due to all the silicon valley companies located there. Imagine how many subpoenas google gets for info. That was before covid. They weren't even trying civil cases from ~ March - September of last year. Things are at least backed up by 6 months if not a year.

It is actually surprising SF is moving as quickly as it is.

Would be hilarious if Fatty declares bankruptcy to get out of paying only to be hit with another huge bill a few months later lol

And I totally think that's what he's doing. He just bought a ridiculous $1600 phone, and lied saying the trade in for his s10 was $1k when trade in value for a flawless condition s10 is $450, and nothing pig owns is flawless. He's running up his debt as much as he can so that after he declares bankruptcy, he at least has a bunch of free toys to show for it.

If that's what he's doing that really only works for people who
 1. are single / their spouse has no assets
 2. Have no assets
 3. Don't own a home
 4. Don't get supplemental income (residuals, rental income)
 5. Small enough debt that the collector doesn't care.
People get away with this because they owe 10k to a credit card company and it would cost them more to go to bankruptcy court than the 10k. They'll put liens on any assets and if they didn't have assets they probably wouldn't have been able to get 10k in credit limits anyway.

I don't think this applies here since I would guess someone willing to throw down 30k on a quash would also put down the money to oppose the bankruptcy declaration. That could get very nasty.

I'm sure you're right, but Rick has lately shown a tendency to do radical things without a plan or strategy, or to fact-check and do research, instead choosing to just guess that he knows what's going on. What I'm trying to say is that he's fat, and that lard build-up in his brain might be affecting his judgment. I don't know, I have neither a degree in wine law nor fat medicine.

Rick seemed flabbergasted by the news he might have to pay Quasi’s legal fees. This isn’t a pig who preps in advance because he doesn’t believe he’s ever wrong.

Well BrinTon submitted a screenshot where he was logged in. Presumably quasi can confirm if that section of the forums was private. You'll notice all the other screenshots entered as evidence were done using the court software. This one was not. You can't just enter evidence, swear its valid and then say... uhh yeah I don't know how I was able to log in, I don't remember the username.

I believe that would be a breach of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. I wonder what the Electronic Frontier Foundation have to say about that Act?

Compounding this problem is the CFAA's disproportionately harsh penalty scheme. Even first-time offenses for accessing a protected computer without sufficient "authorization" can be punishable by up to five years in prison each (ten years for repeat offenses), plus fines. Violations of other parts of the CFAA are punishable by up to ten years, 20 years, and even life in prison.

Well that doesn't sound good at all!

Stating the obvious here but at no point in the legal process has Pat brought up the daughter abandoning comments.

If people were saying horrible shit like that about you.. that you would sign 3 seperate legal documents to remove yourself from your sweet summer child's life and it was complete bullshit, wouldn't you correcT the reCord? 🤔
