I feel this could be a good thing due to recent developments of Piggy admitting some troubling things. Also explains why Resto was ok with telling Judge Ashley that odds are this whole thing is getting tossed. Resto wants this shit to end just as much as we do, he knows word was starting to get out. Also explains why we haven’t seen video 4 and 5.The article that proves Brinton Resto used illegally-obtained forum content for his case?

Well then they better not identify him, then, because if he's no longer anonymous, he's got no reason not to give testimony.Without a sworn testimony from the mole it doesn't prove anything, legally speaking.

Well BrinTon submitted a screenshot where he was logged in. Presumably quasi can confirm if that section of the forums was private. You'll notice all the other screenshots entered as evidence were done using the court software. This one was not. You can't just enter evidence, swear its valid and then say... uhh yeah I don't know how I was able to log in, I don't remember the username.

If Brinton was stupid enough to submit evidence while using a hacked log in I am not sure if my erection will ever go away.Well BrinTon submitted a screenshot where he was logged in. And his waistline had another expansive day.Sounds like Pat had another expensive day.
Are they really DMCA’ing all of these things?
Maybe I’m misunderstanding how this all works but isn’t it a crime to falsely DMCA something but the only reason the Joe and Rick have been able to do it is because the owner would have to reveal themselves to challenge it, right? But if they’re also attempting to doxx the owner of this content then what happens if they’re successful? They get hit with a bunch of false DMCA charges, right?
All of that sounds about right to me.Are they really DMCA’ing all of these things?

He did indeed to exactly that, which is why it is now in their best interest for this lolsuit to go awayIf Brinton was stupid enough to submit evidence while using a hacked log in I am not sure if my erection will ever go away.
That’s what I’m thinking, Pats legal team is well aware that others know of all the stupid shit they’ve done and now want the whole thing to go away. What lawyer tells a judge that their case will most likely be thrown out in less than a week meaning it’s been a giant waste of time? One that wants it to go away before the details come out.He did indeed to exactly that, which is why it is now in their best interest for this lolsuit to go away
Right but my point is that Rick is actively trying to name him in the suit, so if he were to be successful in that then there would be no reason not to hit him with all the false DMCA stuff. His stupidity is forging his chains.I think Mr. Munoz neither wants to be doxxed, nor thinks the effort of disputing it has more upside than just reuploading elsewhere.
