So wait...

He's never not once had one of his so called swatting incidents while someone else was Airbnbing his home? Not once? Its always been him or his wife there ready to answer the door and make a scene and sue the cops? EVERY TIME? What are the odds with the amount of bookings he's had that not a single time somebody got a welfare check or whatever is actually happening? No reviews mention it. Pat has never oinked about swatting ruining his business. Not even to the news or in court. You know he couldn't resist if it had happened.

But then he might actually get somebody killed or hurt his sole income stream if reviews started posting about cops swarming the place with shields and guns.

I've never been more sure he is behind the swattings. How did the swatter know to only call when tough guy Patrick is there? How did he feel comfortable renting the place if swattings happen randomly all the time, unless he knew they were not coming?

Imagine needing to Airbnb half of the house you currently live in, with a cavalcade of random idiots and losers dirtying up your house and leaving shit flecks in your toilet that you have to scrub out on your hands and knees. I checked two other random houses in East Side MKE and about 10% of reviews contain the word "responsive", for Pat it's 20%. High but not unimaginably so, and he really does respond instantly to messages because he's on his phone all day.

A couple of things.

1. Before you book, a Host will only be shown your first name and identity verification status. Your full name and profile photo will be shared with the Host after your booking is confirmed.

2. Even though Nikki is an SEO expert, there is no easy way to fake AirBnB reviews. And if there is one thing we know about Pat, it's that he is super lazy. I think the reviews seem fake/similar because unless your stay is a nightmare, most people just copy a previous review for the place. I also wouldn't put it past Pat to corner people as they are leaving and asking them to put a review up with his suggested language.

3. Even though Milwaukee seems like a negro infested shit hole to the average ona poster, it's the "big city" to Midwestern rubes. Plus he allows pets and has no clean up fee.
