correct me if I'm wrong but the lien is against Fatrick as a "person"/pig, not the house. It has the address because that's his mailing address
I believe Quasi would have to move the enforcement case to WI to put a lien on the sty/susan? not 100% sure, and also not sure if in that case WI interest rates for judgement debt would apply, which are MUCH lower than CA's 10%/year

Yes unless something has happened that we aren’t aware of, there is no lien on the house (Except for the mortgage). People have been saying this for months but it was never true.

Wait, I thought liens could only be placed on property. They’re like mini mortgages/loans that go on titles and have to be satisfied before the title can clear ie they’re secured by said property
I had a lien on me for not paying medical bills. Before i could buy anything that required a bank/loan, I needed to be able to provide paperwork that said i either paid it or worked out an agreement with the collectors and that im actively paying it. The collectors settled for like 1/10th of the total for one time payment.
A judgment lien gives Quasi the right to take possession of Fatso's property if he doesn't pay his debts. That obviously includes the house but it isn't specifically a lien on his house. It's actually worse than that as it includes real estate, vehicles and any other assets including any valuable shit he buys after the fact.
I wonder if Pat and Niki will include their CDs and DVDs in their assets like Niki did during her bankruptcy.

no update still, but clicked on schedule history and the original date was on the 30th, then two minutes later the inspector-child changed it to the 17th
the 17th was the fix-by date too, my guess is inspectors can arrange a visit any date after then and inspector gave the pig 0 days of leeway for being a rude cunt lol

I wish we could hear pat trying to explain that fence. Im sure he went from " Poor me Im a victim." to "cunty prick" when he realizes he cant talk himself out of it.
I was hoping for it turn into Pat childing the inspector as the cops try to squeeze his fat ass in the back of the car
I could also see him yelling at the inspector to get off his property before he calls the police. Maybe pull a gun if he was drunk enough.
