So is the attic computer Niki's or Pat's?

Did Captain Narcissist banish wifey to the coldest, most out-of-the-way part of the half-hovel like Harry Potter living under the stairs?

Or is that Rick's special computer, where he goes to look at certain things, and if he hears someone coming up the stairs he has plenty of time to close all windows?

It's clearly hooked up with an office chair so it's not just storage. Every day a new mystery that he'll refuse to answer so we'll just assume that's his KP computer.

Nah, I think that's how it is. The bench is attached to the rack, so there's no way to squat from the other side. A better design would be one that has a movable bench to allow squatting or benching from the same side. But Pat is too cheap to afford that, and he only lies about exercising vanity muscles.
Meant it should be rotated 180 degrees. The bench can face the wall, and the squat rack where there's room to actually use it

On each side, along with the 5lb plates on the floor,
That’s 255 lbs. but Rick put “300”, a nice round figure like himself.

also, nice rack placement stupid, are you going to do chest 3x a week?
He mentioned the bar, so that's probably the other 45 lbs. But he calls lifting 300 total pounds a workout. I lift more than 300 pounds in two reps on the squat rack.

What an autistically stupid way to arrange the weights, that maximizes the amount of time needed to load the bar up to do anything useful. Just put the 45, 35, and 25 pound plates on one peg and all the lower weights on the other peg. Or put them descending order of weight, so that the most useless weights are buried.

And of course, he cannot use it as a squat rack because it's right up against the wall.
He told me he used the 2.5s to do 250, so he clearly struggled mightily at 245 a weight just 20lbs above what the combine uses for guys to do 20 plus reps, he's weak as shit.

If this fat fuck can even sustain his own weight even setting himself up to use the pullup bar, he's going to completely fold it.

You know.

Cause he's fat.

Don't be fooled. This 'gym' is only for looks.
