He was surprisingly decent. Not a lot of bombshells but he managed to present himself as a pretty reasonable and self-reflective fella, which was a good contrast to Rick and Niki's unhinged accusations and narcissistic ranting.

Don't get me wrong, all credit to the redditor who pulled this bit while they were in Germany, its a great bit.

But the fact that Pat held onto it and brought it up above so many other things shows how much narcissistic injury this bit gave Pat.

Pat must have honestly held that trip in high esteem for himself, and he must soothe himself about "how much better" he is doing than his detractors.

The fact that a redditor was able to do this entirely for the joke, with a much more attractive woman, absolutely fucked him up inside. To the point he still remembers it and brings it up now months later apropos of nothing. Nice revealing your insecurities to everyone, stupid.

I think its more that he just has actual non pat created proof that is immediately recognizable/pseudo verifiable.

I would say the things he doesn't bring up are more damaging. He steers well clear of the vandal footage.
He just mentions that his family is harrassed, doesnt say that 99.99% of mentions of Kyle is about how much of a chad he is compared to fatty.
