That’s all the highlights, apologies for shitting up the thread.

Rick is absolutely fucked. Warrant for his arrest + 100$ a day. Debt amortization considered a stall tactic and not an actual debt payment plan. Skipped the debtors exam. Tweets used in court docs to show he won’t pay. HOW DOES THAT FEEL FUCKER? O&A PARTY!!! ROCK!!!!

Are they really going to use his responses to funster taunts as evidence of his financial situation? Am I in some cartoon? Cannot be serious attorneys.

C'mon, they are going to use his responses to funster taunts as evidence for his financial situation? Am I in some cartoon? Cannot be serious attorneys.
You’re focusing on it being Twitter, BOQster. He’s repeatedly saying he’s not gonna pay the debt and insulting judges. No different if it’s on Twitter, or in a letter, or in a conversation. I get your bit but Patrick actually loses this time.

Just to think, the first time he got banned from Twitter if he'd just let it go none of this would be happening. Instead, he paid $5k to get it back and now his tweets have caught up and landed him in serious trouble.

The funniest part of all of this though is that he's in way bigger trouble than originally thought. Not only are they going after him for not paying the debt, but also for disrespecting and abusing the court system. A judge is not going to take that shit lightly. The reality of Pat ending up in prison is looking greater by the day.
