Amortization is like bankruptcy for poor people. At least that's what it sounds like when I read about it. If you get approved you bundle your debts and set up a payment plan and get 3 years to pay them off. You can't be sued or have your wages garnished during those 3 years. If the debts aren't paid at the end than you lose that protection. Mortgages, car payments, and large debts aren't eligible for amortization. Even if Rick would have got quasis judgement included somehow he still would have had to make payments and you know he wasn't going allow that to happen. Makes sense they denied it. The examples of included debts are things like utility bills, payday loans, cell phone bills etc. Poor people shit. He was extra drunk and hostile a few days ago. This is probably why.
