That's a sad estimated value in this inflated market. An appraiser would likely value it for even less if they tried to re-fi or sell right now. All of the indoor and outdoor photos show a place in serious disrepair. Not to mention the crime rate in that area is high.

His dumpy wife must have the worst self esteem putting up with this shit. He sits around the house unemployed day and night racking up debt in both of their names because he can't behave himself on social media, which he spends at least 20 hours a day on. Any "projects" he does are half-assed and look like shit. He can't afford vacations (no matter how cheap and horrible they are) or those stupid ass dork conventions, but goes anyway. He's so antisocial and unpleasant to be around that they're not invited to most family/friend gatherings.
Any woman with a semblance of respect for herself would have divorced his sorry ass years ago.
