Chicago to Boston is always cheap as all hell too. That seems like a close enough drive. I'll rent a car and run an Owen A. shuttle up there.....keep the FEDs off my tail. I'd imagine anyone flying Boston to Milwaukee that day is immediately red flagged by anti-terror orgs.

I'm not a lawyer, but in most situations like this in the USA, if fatso and his dopey wife are specifically summoned to attend this contempt hearing, they must show up in person. Lawyers cannot represent them in their absence. If they don't show up, bench warrants will likely be issued by the judge.
