Its interesting that Nikki's name was involved with the amortization of debts case but not the main judgement case. Only Pat is listed as the only debtor but I thought Nikki was tied to his debts threw their marriage. Maybe the court forgot to include her. If that's the case I hope the court correcTs the record. This type of laziness is something I would expect in Judge Ashley's court tbh.

Little disappointed because I was kinda hoping Nikki might face contempt of court charges too. Man would Mama Robinson's face be red if her daughter was thrown in jail!

So is this just for finding whether he is guilty of contempt or will they schedule a debtors exam from this?
IE would he get a contempt charge/warning, then told to attend a debtors exam or face further contempt charges?
would they schedule a date then or would that come later via mail?

Judge will probably tell fatty to stop fucking around and the next exam he better attend.
Its what happens after that where things will get serious.
