im just seeing this now. I remember that guy from Reddit. Theres another screenshot in the evidence folder of him too. His avatar looks awfully like Thomas Apostle.

All i can say about the billboard is they are expensive and alot are fully contracted until 2022. They do offer bus stop advertising for a cheaper option though and ClearChannelOutdoor are very nice people.
