Technically under the Gun Control Act of 1968, it’s illegal for someone who has an active restraining order, or who has been convicted of domestic violence to possess a gun. So even if a gun isn’t involved, under Federal Law he would have to surrender them anyway, since he committed domestic assault, and had a restraining order against him.

Cops show up from call Dani made where she says she “called them by mistake”, then shouts at them that they need help finding a gun. To which Anthony, with clenched teeth, goes “YOU STOP THAT. RIGHT THE FUCK NOW.” and the video stops.
