They used to rent out on side of the place but as you can imagine Niki and Pat are shitty landlords so Air BnB is the way they went.

They lived in 2611 while renting out 2613. The tenants left around start of covid.
Nikki then gave up her office address and registered PBG to 2613 which is when they moved in after using the PPP money to buy new appliances, furniture and the attic gym.

On the vandal video you see Pat coming from the side of the house. This is because there is no rear entrance on 2613 and he would have to walk around the front and down the side. When accused his replies were "we were both asleep upstairs" indicating that at that time (May '21) they were already living in 2613.

Okay so there's two properties, Pat is renting out the one in the video (downstairs) while staying in the upstairs with Niki. They probably have a bedroom, bathroom, shit like that upstairs but there's no way they installed a second kitchen upstairs. Maybe at best a dorm room-esque minifridge and microwave.

2. The tagine

Why is this second kitchen so goddamn mysterious? All those years before airbnb where Patrick & Niki lived alone, they just had an upstairs kitchen that sat empty?
