- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.

Joe Cumia is a low life loser who after all these years torments me still. He couldn't even get her to school today, yet is for some reason harassing me right now by text. She has been tardy 37 times and absent 10 days this year thanks to him. Have no idea what has set off this recent assault, most likely his fancy new accountant that is laundering his money for him. Funny that Brother Joe Entertainment pays the child support he is now threatening to not pay. He constantly is threatening court and is delusional and abusive. I will not have my daughter stigmatized and dissected in the charade he will cause that could go on for years and a mortgage's worth of legal fees. Sick fuck he is, I just told him i would get an order of protection if he doesn't stop. Not even close, nana had cystic acne which is like having your face chopped up by a wood chipper. She has normal 14 year old's skin. Hope she breaks the cumia cycle and finishes high school without becoming a criminal. First step is complete, she shed the cumia name. Here is the scummy end of the story, imagine taking your daughter just out of spite to avoid paying support? Imagine being such an asshole to your ex that she would finally say "fuck off, just take her and leave me alone" Now this poor kid has to change school districts, leave her friends and go live with a buffoon and his idiot girlfriend in their townhouse all because Joe wouldn't pay his bills.
