A little side note about this picture. If there's any Brotherman looking to lose weight, this is a good start. I followed in my brothers footsteps after he lost 50 pounds, and I never realized how much of a fucking flat out pig slob I was until I started fasting. It's tough but worth it; I'm down twenty pounds since I started a little while ago.
