Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.
- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.

- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.
Pat getting locked up and imprisoned for these fake swattings is the best ending to this saga we could ever ask for.

Any media coverage is not going to get him very far. Aside from the SWATtings and maybe the pizza deliveries, there's really nothing else that they can latch on to to make him out to be a victim. This is the problem Anna Merlan and other journalists who expressed interest have run into. They discovered that 99% of the trolling he brings on himself, and is greatly exaggerated and in some cases completely fabricated. He purposefully escalades every situation and has deliberately gone against the advice of his lawyers to engage and contact the people trolling him. It's gonna be hard to say "innocent victim receives daily harassing text messages" when there are dozens of real tweets where he unironically condones rape and beating women and other gruesome and inflammatory shit. The other journalist who I forget the name of took one glance at the lolsuit and nope'd the fuck out of there. The only people on his side are the people who barely know about him and his online presence.

Yes exactly. He has tried that over and over and no real publication wants any part of it and the few fringe people he cons into believing him just get shut down immediately by Owen. Even if it isn’t him doing the SWATting, that person isn’t getting anything out of it either. They got super lucky with the neighbor recording audio that one time but nothing of value since then. Something outlandish is coming.
I find it believable that he's doing it himself because don't swatters usually brag about it? What would be the point of swatting him if you're not collecting ribs for all your hard work? I don't think anyone here or on KF would have the discipline to do it for quiet, personal satisfaction.

I don’t think SWATers usually brag about it because the whole point of doing it is to see the reaction on a live stream. That’s why almost everyone who gets SWATed is a streamer. It doesn’t really make sense to do it to someone who isn’t on camera.

Even if the supposed swaTTer is doing it for malicious reasons and wants to see Rick gunned down or whatever, that isn't going to happen either. A lot of e-celebs that are prone to getting swatted inform their local PD that they're streamers and such things might happen, so they can take special precautions. Pig is too haughty (and secretly giddy) to do anything like that, but after the 4th or 6th false alarm, the boys in blue are going to put two and two together themselves. The local cops have clearly become aware of the fraudulent nature of the calls and are not just going to barge in guns blazing in a no-knock raid, and the chance of it happening ever was already diminished by the halfhovel's unique layout and Pat's curious luck in sleeping in just the right half whenever they come a-knocking.
There's zero chance there's some troll behind this doing this for his personal enjoyment. It's someone with an interest in keeping the swaTTings up for their own sake.
