2 ex-twitch employees tweeted about Doc sending inappropriate messages like last week. Turns out one of those two was using the publicity to promote a show. Then a bunch of progressive streamers who hate Doc because he doesn't use pronouns piled on. There are still no messages to go off of and no one has ever publicly accused Doc of trying to groom them. At this point do I think he did it? I would say yes if not for the fact Twitch paid him out. They wouldn't do that if there was real evidence he sexted a minor on purpose - they would call the fucking police.

What I think (as of today) happened is he probably messaged an underage girl through their Whisper app who was pretending to be older. Underage people weren't allowed on Whisper at at time. So the fact an underage person was talking to Doc via their app was a violation of their own terms right there - if Doc didn't know (or says he didn't know) the minor was underage, technically all he was guilty of was being a philandering pig. That's the only scenario I can imagine where they'd pay him out and both sides would have to sign NDAs - but I'm not a lawyer. As of today, I'm not as confident as I was three days ago that he didn't groom a minor, but I still see no evidence he did.



Meanwhileeeeee... A girl has come forward to directly accuse Boq of being a sexpest and his only defense of himself thus far has been to call her an orphan.

Who are you trying to convince with it? In the US you would still get shanked/stomped out in prison and you would still get found guilty of pedo crimes and end up on a list for the rest of your life. Who gives a shit who agrees with you on the internet. Playing the technicality game with being labeled a pedo/hebo isnt going work.

For being with a 16-17 year old? Dudes in prison wouldn't give a fuck-- many of them would be hypocrites if they did. A lot of pedos are not on the list for life or many aren't even on the list- generally, they're on the list for 10-20 years. Amazingly, Mary K. Letourneau wasn't on the sex offender list (maybe pussy pass at work).

I just think a lot of people have this misconception about jail/prison when it comes to pedos. They're usually segregated as the jail/prison does not want the liability of dudes getting beat or murdered on the regular. There are occasional fuckups (usually on the county level) where the inmate gets misclassified or is put in the wrong unit. That can lead to trouble because the Pit Boss/Inmate who controls the block will ask what they got you for--- and you have to answer truthfully (they'll double-check with the C.O.) Not answering or lying won't end well- especially if it's a sex offense. But the only way that happens is if the jail/prison fucked up and sent a pedo/rapist to the general population.
