- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Marshall Mathers LP and Eminem Show were probably the only two I'd consider still having some decent tracks on. Everything from Encore and on has been a downward spiral for him. Didn't like Marshal Mathers LP 2 either, but it I can see it was better than Relapse and Recovery for sure. The biggest embarrassment though was that Revival album though. I didn't even bother to listen to Kamikaze or Music to be Murdered By because everything said they suck and that Godzilla song is horrible.

I really like early Dr. Hook when they were playing Shel Silverstein songs before they started doing faggy love songs.
