For people who've never heard it it's about one of like 300 women, a British woman, who was raped murdered and killed by a Japanese Korean guy in Tokyo. It's a little long but it's a horrific story.

Well it's a nationality thing. Not a race thing. The Japanese had a massive diaspora of Koreans during the Korean war and he was one of them. He wouldd never be accepted as Japanese. I forget it but they have a term for them.
