- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

I tuned out many times when they announced he would be there that morning. I can listen to Patrice for hours but only because it's by choice. When you were forced to endure him live, multiple days in a row, it became like Artie at the end of his Stern run.
I love listening to both Artie and Patrice, genuinely. I would tell you if I was lying about that. But the fact is just like Norton, they all become overbearing and TOO MUCH. Opie & Anthony had more agreeable personalities that you can listen to them for a long time going. Even on Tough Crowd, Patrice was almost unanimously hated by random people who didn't know him because he would take over the show and cackle over everyone.

I think the John and Jeff Jocktober showed Patrice's strengths and weaknesses on the air. When he was actually paying attention he was spitting out gold, but half of that jocktober was him derailing the bit itself.
I think if they had a better online presence post Obama, Patrice vs Anthony would have been wildly popular.

It wouldn't have lasted long. Opie would've at some point gotten pouty and passive aggressive about something. Patrice wouldnt have tolerated that shit for too long. Patrice would've made fun of opies shitty attempts to exert power over the show.

No, same reason Vos wouldn’t because the show immediately becomes about them. Patrice because he would dominate the show and Vos because they’d spend way too much time goofing on him. I think only Burr would have worked but him and Ant would have just argued too much because they both can’t leave it alone.

No. Patrice dominated the show when he was on. That’s not a great trait for a third mic.
I think he would have been a much better 2nd mic where he had someone on point to cover the traditional radio gimmicks, guide him into topics, and keep him from filibustering for 3 hours about a single topic.
He also had a me vs the world type attitude where he would have eventually gotten sideways with management and/or his cohosts because of something, totally overlooking the fact they were paying him tons of money to talk for hours.
