THe way he acts I can't see how he won't get a contempt charge and at least spend a few days locked up while they wait for his financial disclosure forms. This happens in florida and ny all the time during stupid divorce cases, it is really up to the plaintiff whether to push for warrants and arrests, if they don't drop it the court has to follow through

In the cases I've seen, they won't even require a payment, just a detailed inventory of his net worth. That will be made public of course which should be fun for his fans. An alternate scenario, which would be even more fun would be if he tried to lie on that submittal, if the judge catches him doing that he'll have no choice but to charge him with perjury plus an additional contempt charge. I have a sneaking suspicion that they little piggy plows through his whole life thinking someone will clean up his mess after he ignores it. Judges tend to frown on such behavior, most of them even take it personally "Sir you will not ..... in MYYYYYY courtroom" He'd have a stronger defense if he just walked in and took a shit on the floor.

I just thought. Why don't you just edit the court documents to say whatever you want. And then present them as evidence in an attempt to deceive the justice system?

If he shows up it is unlikely that they will ask for bail, if he skips out and there is a warrant, then he will post a decent bail. THat would be best for Quasi because having the money in one place gives him a shot at collecting it directly from the court no matter how pat got it.

County jail, but I say it's less than a week. He WILL pay quasi.

Some of these hillbilly courthouses have their own special jail downstairs, they'll keep him there and bring him up on his next court date

I hope it’s something like just for being an asshole and wasting everyone time involve for skipping town / not responding / signing an agreement only to not even make one payment, etc.

Courts are backed up as it is so I’m sure they aren’t going to look kindly on some fat idiot deliberately defying the court. He’s stupid but I don’t think they will take pity on him for being stupid, no “duhhh I didn’t understand” defense here.

I for one would like to point out in advance what we all knew from the beginning ..... Not recognizing Norm's genius is an offense punishable by jail time, huge fines and worse. I hope Pat takes the time given him to rehabilitate and try to reenter society as a decent person

Remember that Quasis lawyer filed the contempt charge. Their recommendations are an arrest warrant until the exam is taken or the debt is paid off. The judge will decide if thats just. The judge will be the one to decide if he’s going or not.

I would love it if Niki and him and turned down Lynne hiring them a lawyer because Pat believes he’s the “good guy” and the good guy always wins according to the tv and movies he watches.

What a turn of events, piggy gets in trouble and CANT swat himself anymore because they would have to take him in due to his skipping of court.

Why were you in the country and unable to be served for it for 8 days? Why haven’t you paid a cent? Why do you tell people on Twitter you owe nothing and nobody is getting anything?

Pat will think he has some sort of recourse and will give excuse after excuse and will get more pissed when the judge isn’t accepting this.

“I’m sorry to inform you Mr. Tomlinson but responding to twitter stlakers doesn’t mean you get to lie about your debts or court cases. You weren’t out of the country when we attempted to serve you. You could have rescheduled or called if you were gonna miss your debtors exam.
