what happens if he just stops talking & refuses to engage?
I guess they'll say 'okie dokie, put the pig in pokie'... but for how long? I'm guessing (since he has property) until they can secure the debt without his complience.
States have specific laws for what is punishable. Remedial contempt in WI carries a maximum sentence of 3 months in prison. Punitive contempt in WI carries a maximum sentence of 6 months in prison along with up to $2k per day in fines. I can't see us being lucky enough for it to come to that but he is genuinely at risk of being imprisoned if he doesn't comply and the judge doesn't like him.

He's not going to show. The only reason he showed for BDA was because it was for Pat to get a restraining order. I'm calling it right now and my predictions are 90% wrong.
I think you're right on with him not showing for that reason. Pat was desperate for a win against his stlakers when he filed a restraining order against BDA (PBUH) like a woman. He's already lost here, no point in showing.

Are there any statutes that would make it illegal to stand outside the courthouse and scream THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU at Patrick if he does show up?
No, that's your God-given First Amendment right. I think the Universal Life Church of Modesto, California are still ordaining people via the web, if you'd like some paperwork to back that up.

what happens if he just stops talking & refuses to engage?
He did. That's why he's facing contempt of court, and some jail time.

I think that Pig will enjoy prison for only a matter of hours before reality sinks in.
I think he'll enjoy the fantasy of being a prisoner of conscience right up until he sees a cop.

Then it becomes waay too real.

He wouldn't go to prison. He might go to county jail, but for nowhere close to a month. I can't see him spending more than a weekend there.
Ok, I hereby appoint you as a Wisconsin judge. Your first case is Fatrick Tomlinson.

He was jailed for being in contempt of court (that's you, you're "the court"). He's been jailed for evading a court judgement (that's you, again).

He has been brought to you after a weekend in the county jail, but is still in contempt of court.

Do you say "Nah, it's fine. This whole court thing which pays my enormous wage is bullshit, maaan, and you should ignore the laws laid out by the politicians elected by the taxpayers that pay my wages. Just be yourself, dude!" or do you punish him for breaking the law right in front of you?

Yeah there are people who probably have mental problems who have spent years in jail for refusing to bend their will to the courts orders.

Prison? No. Jail? It's a good possibility- especially if he continues to deny reality. He stiffed his own lawyer and ghosted him and the amortization plan that he and Nikki signed. That's kind of a big fuck you to the court as the court is trying to help him dig his way out of a situation that he created (with Nikki's assistance). Captain Retard thought he could sue the internet and perhaps get the DOJ involved. Talk about a delusion of a delusion. It's speculated he took out a 100k loan from the SFWA for his legal pursuit and all he did was probably fund a few poppers and weird sex nights for Brinton Resto.

Most likely course of action (IF pig turns up, IF pig behaves himself:

Pat gets bullied by sosnay for being a contemptlinson.
maybe gets a lil fine, just a lil. Is ordered to attend a debtors exam.
fin

The fun begins if he;
a) doesnt turn up
b) oinks too much
c) skips out the new debtor exam
d) sosnay takes a particular dislike to the fat insurance salesman

He thought his Senators would get involved and he'd be able to personally spearhead the writing of new laws for speech on the internet. Fat 1.7 fag.

My guess is they something like they make Niki pay since it’s Wisconsin and being married puts her on the hook and throw piggy in local jail for being a dick and purposely wasting everyone’s time. Asset wise Niki has more since the house has her name first and she has a “business” even though it’s very vague what they even do and she’s the only employee. We’d all love if they took his car but maybe his dumb motorcycle could be seized since it’s paid off and they only have 1 car so they might leave that alone. But then again Niki’s “workplace” is the house so it’s not like she needs the car to get to work.

I don't think he will. I think the focus is going to be on getting him to pay the debt. Going to jail over matters in a civil case is pretty extreme.
THe way he acts I can't see how he won't get a contempt charge and at least spend a few days locked up while they wait for his financial disclosure forms. This happens in florida and ny all the time during stupid divorce cases, it is really up to the plaintiff whether to push for warrants and arrests, if they don't drop it the court has to follow through
