Who knows honestly. It's just going to be interesting to see how it plays out.

The way I see it, pig has 2 choices -

1. Eat some humble pie and admit he has to pay his debts and agree to the payment plan
2. Keep denying reality, which results in his debts/fees continuing to mount up and ultimately him getting arrested/imprisoned until he relents

He'll hate both of them, so ona wins either way, staIkers.

Pat's currently (and flagrantly) in contempt of court.

It doesn't matter what Quasi's focus is, the court's focus on making sure that people obey the law; and the judge he currently has seems like a bit of a hardass in that area.

I figure unless Pat turns up to court with a wheelbarrow full of shekels and documentary footage of him being unable to attend the debtor's beating due to being kidnapped by Somali pirates, he's fucked.

I'm guessing a week or two in the pokie at least.

As unlikely as it seems (life just can't be that good, surely) it really does depend on how he conducts himself and how the judge feels about it.

Under WI law he's eligible for 3-6 months in jail and fines of up to $2000 per day until he is no longer in contempt. That's obviously the harshest penalty available but from my time in law school and knowing a bunch of people who actually did become lawyers (rather than Jewish tools of Satan like myself,) a lot of judges have a serious hard-on for contempt and this is Pig: not a person who will go in there with his smelly, undersized fat guy hat in hand acting meekly and apologetic to try and earn some pity points. He'll go in there demanding to be heard. Insisting that he hasn't done anything wrong. Spouting all kinds of insanity about what the clinically obsessed felons have done to him and his family. The death threats. The threats to murder their pets. The threats to rape his wife and mother (nigga please.) The judge will not give two shits about any of this and will absolutely tell him to STFU. Where it goes from there is up to Fatso.

I can't imagine that Quasi's lawyer would go after this if it put the possibility of Pat paying the debt in jeopardy tho

I just can’t see him going to the courtroom and NOT blowing a gasket.

And he’s crazy enough to just outright skip it. I mean, he already skipped the debtors exam and then fucked off the amortization plan, so it’s kind of on-brand at this point
I want to know how much Niki knew about him blowing off the amortization. In the podcast she sounded pretty defeated over it so I think it may have surprised her to discover that Pat wasn't actually paying?

I agree but I also think the chances of him showing up are absolutely minimal which obviously escalates the chances of him being arrested tremendously. No matter what happens he’s still on the hook and so is his fat retard wife.

Nikki will most likely pin something on him to send Pat to prison.
Think about it.
With him gone, she could have the house to herself, not having to hear his piggy grunts as he replies the same thing to people texting him.
With that extra space where Patty cakes would sit, she could have at least 6 more negros over to fart in her face.
The possibilities are endless!

There's no way they have ~$54k in equity, right? I know they refinanced sometime in the last 3 years. Ideal situation would be for Pat to go to jail for a while, divorce from Niki and liquidation of all assets with full remuneration to quasi.
Not a chance. They may not have positive equity at all. Similar properties in much better shape and not located inches from the projects barely sell for more than what they paid. They are stuck.
