I stopped playing after high school, with the exception of Wii Sports. I just dont believe adults should be “gamers” its fucking gay. Not that Im some beacon of manhood, but I just cant physically sit down and take a video game seriously without feeling like a complete loser.

Last week I played Mario Party and Mario Kart on the original N64 console at a birthday party. Me and four others (one had to sit out at a time obviously) getting drunk and playing that shit was fucking great. That's what gaming is meant to be. I hate this sanitized online bullshit. It's not worth the whatever-it-costs for everyone to buy a console, buy the same game, and play against your friends (or worse, strangers) just so everyone can stay at home. Fucking faggot society we live in.

There's no reason to get a PS5 or any other new console. For what? I wanna play the old Smackdown games again, and none of them are remastered and available.

Smackdown: Shut Your Mouth and Here Comes The Pain were the shit and we used to play them shits until our eyes were bleeding.

I hardly play anything anymore. Bought a ps4 years ago and barely touch it. When I do play its either old games like warcraft 3 on gameranger or odd simulation games like radio general or aces high. speaking of such, was a bummer when aces high upgraded to 3 and my shit pc wasnt able to keep up. Not gonna buy a gaming pc just to play 1 game a few hours out of the week.

Same. These days I find myself thinking "What would my grandfather think of this?" in a lot of situations and using it as a sort of moral divining rod. Dude spent a large portion of his life killing various types of Asians, but had no hate for them. He didn't give a fuck about movies, TV, or music. I doubt he'd give a shit about video games, either.

I have the oculus rift first model. I really like it. Steam’s headset looks really good but if you look up reviews, it seems like they have tons of serious hardware issues.

I've been playing turn based strategy games or city builders on PC lately. It's nice to light up a cigar, pour a drink, put on an audiobook/podcast, and relax with a low intensity game. I only play games to unwind these days.

those old smackdown games were great, i've been playing a lot of tekken 3 and mario kart with my nephew, so much better than online

s.t.a.l.k.e.r. for PC is as good as its reputation, last game i attempted plyaing was Kingdom Come: Deliverance but only got 1/3rd thru, still pretty cool, would recommend
